3.  View homes

4.  Narrow search / second showings

5.  Confer with Buyer’s Agent regarding the home’s
     value range. Prepare a Purchase Offer

6.  Negotiations. Agreement on Terms and Conditions

7.  Schedule Home Inspections / Pest Inspections

8.  Request to Remedy negotiations

9.  Buyer arranges Home Owner’s Insurance Coverage

10. Contact Lender and Title Company

11. Lender orders Appraisal

12. Await loan approval

13. Schedule Closing Date and Time

14. Schedule Final Walk-through

15. Verify repairs performed adequately

16. Call Utility Companies with Start Dates

17. Final walk-through

18. Attend Closing. Bring photo ID, cashier's / bank check

19. Transfer of  keys. Take possession.
