At first I had her show us those houses anyway, but I quickly saw that she was dead-on every time. Regina was very in tune to what we wanted, and she really knows the houses out there. It seems that she has been through most of them at one time or another.
When we finally found "the" house, it was immediately obvious to all three of us, and I think that Regina was as genuinely happy as we were. As she guided us through the transaction, it was clear that she was 100% on our side the whole time. She did not just want to get the transaction done as quickly as possible and pocket the commission but truly wanted to take care of us, her clients.
Finally, Regina's marketing and her advice on staging our house helped us sell it very quickly, even though it was priced at the same level as similar houses that were on the market before us and stayed on the market after ours sold.

"Going into my first house purchase, and being I am an anxious person, I didn't know what to expect, what was expected of me, etc. Regina made it quite easy and hassle free. By the second or third time Regina & I met, I felt as if I had known here for years and I always felt relaxed during the process with her. My wife and I first met Regina when we saw an intriguing listing on the web. We had been on a year-long, informal house search, visiting open houses, browsing through offerings on the internet, occasionally calling agents on houses that looked promising, but we had not yet found an agent with whom we wanted to jump into the market. Although the house we called her about was not the house for us, it was very clear that Regina was, the agent for whom we had been looking. She is warm, friendly and easy to talk to. Perhaps because she is also a lover of old houses and old neighborhoods, more probably just because she really listens, Regina tuned right into what we wanted.

Her impressive knowledge of the metro Columbus real estate market also saved us a lot of time. If I saw a seemingly promising house on the internet that she had not brought to our attention, she would explain why she felt it did not fit the needs we had expressed to her, too contemporary, small kitchen, too much work, whatever. At first I had her show us those houses anyway, but I quickly saw that she was dead-on every time. Regina was very in tune to what we wanted, and she really knows the houses out there. It seems that she has been through most of them at one time or another.
When we finally found "the" house, it was immediately obvious to all three of us, and I think that Regina was as genuinely happy as we were. As she guided us through the transaction, it was clear that she was 100% on our side the whole time. She did not just want to get the transaction done as quickly as possible and pocket the commission but truly wanted to take care of us, her clients.
Finally, Regina's marketing and her advice on staging our house helped us sell it very quickly, even though it was priced at the same level as similar houses that were on the market before us and stayed on the market after ours sold.

"Going into my first house purchase, and being I am an anxious person, I didn't know what to expect, what was expected of me, etc. Regina made it quite easy and hassle free. By the second or third time Regina & I met, I felt as if I had known here for years and I always felt relaxed during the process with her. I lost count on how many house Regina showed us, but I imagine it was about thirty-some houses she showed us more than once. Not once did Regina make it seem like an inconvience.
