Italian Village

Italian Village is one of the hottest neighborhoods in urban Columbus these days. Located just north of downtown and close to the Short North arts district, in recent years, this burgeoning community has seen tremendous growth along its 4th Street corridor. New restaurants, breweries, condominiums and recently-renovated homes have dramatically changed the shape of the neighborhood. Two of the area’s most popular breweries are Seventh Son Brewing and Hoof Hearted Brewery & Kitchen. The Market is a full-service restaurant and bar, coffee shop, grocery store, deli, and everything in between. And the wonderfully renovated Budd Dairy building is now the Budd Dairy Food Hall, which features a selection of Columbus culinary entrepreneurs.

The neighborhood is a designated historic district, known for its historical and cultural preservation. The building types and architecture reflect Italian influence. With its parks and preserved historic homes, the community has the highest home value appreciation in Columbus. The neighboring Downtown District provides access to major employers, cultural and learning institutions, and entertainment venues.
