Real Estate through my eyes
Buying or selling real estate should be clear, creative and, hopefully, fun. Patience, integrity and providing perspective are my goals for every transaction. And one of my most important roles as your Realtor is to listen, really listen, to what you need.

Metro Columbus in a Nutshell
Inside the I-270 beltway, metro Columbus is a city of distinct neighborhoods and communities featuring a variety of real estate choices.
Looking for a downtown neighborhood with historic architecture that’s walkable to restaurants, shops, shopping and a spectacular urban park? Check out German Village.
Ten minutes east of downtown is Bexley, known for its walkable Main Street environment, highly ranked public school system and several prestigious private schools.
Just north of the Ohio State University campus is Clintonville, a charming urban neighborhood with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks. many young professionals, local artists and musicians.
Looking for something more vibrant and exciting? Then Short North is your place. Just north of downtown, it’s home to dozens of exquisite restaurants, shops and art galleries.
Just east and west of Short North are the residential neighborhoods of Victorian Village , Italian Village and Harrison West. Many of the turn-of-the-century homes found there have been renovated in recent years making it quite a mid-town showcase.
Surrounding the core of metro Columbus are many wonderful suburban neighborhoods. Grandview, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Worthington and Westerville are just a few. Each has a unique personality and style and are known for their excellent school districts.
This by no means covers all the neighborhoods in metro Columbus. With so many to offer, I know there’s one that will speak to your heart as well as your budget. And if you have questions about any of them, please give me a call. I’ll glad to help.
